Medite FR cedar veneered slats form interior cladding on the Wellcome Trust's Pebbles Bar Medite flame-retardant (FR) wall panels and cladding have been used at the Wellcome Trust. Medite FR cedar veneered slats form interior cladding on the Pebbles Bar – the central feature of the new dining and leisure centre at the Wellcome Trust's Genome Project campus in Cambridge. Lacquered Medite FR wall panelling was preferred instead of plasterboard in the gym. The cladding in the dining area was produced by joinery company Taylor Made Joinery and is designed to reinforce the elliptical shape of the bar's tubular steel and timber frame structure. All interior work was carried out by Sherlock Interiors Contracting. Related articles: |
