General Manager- Roof Truss Division
East Anglia - £45,000-£50,000 +Car (or Allowance), Bonus, Pension and Private Health Care.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the role of General Manager of the Roof Truss division of one of East Anglia’s most prominent and well regarded Roofing Companies.

Responsible for a staff of more than 20 you will be managing the sales, design and production teams, you will be managing budgets set individual targets for each department as well as meeting divisional targets,

The ideal candidate will come from either a design, estimating or production background and be looking for that next step up the career ladder, be confident, self reliant and very ambitious. You will have excellent Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with and motivate people at all levels.

For the right candidate there is the possibility of promotion to Board Director within 2 years of taking up this post.

The role comes with a generous starting Salary, excellent Bonus scheme, pension, Private health care and a Car (or Car allowance) this position also comes with exceptional long term career possibilities.
