Working from state of the art, purpose built design offices, they have been winning so much new work that they require an additional Senior Estimator.

This role does not require you to sell the product to clients, as there is a dedicated sales team to carry out this side. You will be working closely with the sales team and clients, taking information from Architects drawings to provide accurate cost analysis for jobs. You will report directly to the Directors and be responsible for preparing and submitting quotations for a range of private house builders, developers and housing association projects.

This role could suit someone with several years experience as a contracts manager looking for a fresh challenge, or a QS keen to move into Timber Frame. As long as you are highly experienced in building structures or Quantity Surveying, then the Timber knowledge can be learnt.
