Timber Frame Project Manager
Scotland - - 35 to 40k + car, bonus, pension and Healthcare

With offices and manufacturing facilities throughout the Uk, this Timber Frame Company is one of the largest producers of Timber Frame products in the country. Due to being inundated with new projects, they are seeking to appoint an additional project manager. You will assess new projects for risk areas on technical and commercial fronts, and resolve issues before commencement of projects. As you will be managing multiple jobs, you will need to be highly organized and be able to prioritize work, as well as run meetings, both internal and external and be the focal point for all project related communications. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a heavy workload, have a sound commercial aptitude and contract process knowledge, and be self motivated with a good working knowledge of Timber Frame construction. This key position comes with a high starting salary, 10-10% bonus, company car, pension, health care and the chance for rapid progress within the group of companies.
