BendywoodŽ is solid hardwood that can be worked as normal wood and then bent in a cold dry condition, enabling reduced working costs, improved quality and increase productivity. The material is selected using European hardwoods (beech, maple, ash and oak), no chemicals are used and BendywoodŽ is 100% ecological! BendywoodŽ round handrails can be bent in any direction, spirals, single or multiple radii, ellipses or parabolas and can be used by architects, designers and joiners as an economical solution for interior design. This unique material is also available in Square and Rectangular profiles Can be stained and glued as regular hardwood and can be reworked after bending. The grain follows the curve and aesthetically give a superior product, saving time and costs when compared to traditional bending and machining techniques.
