TRADA touches down in 2008
Summer 2007
Published: 18 June, 2007
TRADA’s In Touch with Timber conference is to become an annual event following the success of this year’s show Andrew Abbott, TRADA’s chief executive, claimed that feedback from architects, designers and structural engineers attending the usually biennial show has led to the decision to stage it again next year. “Initial feedback from delegates has been so positive that it has reinforced our view that we should not wait a further two years to repeat In Touch with Timber,” said Mr Abbott. Around 250 professionals from the design and construction sectors attended the 2007 event, which was held at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster, London on May 1.
