First Step for Optima

The Optima system was used to construct the Lamanna Rise development in five months

Ease of construction and the inclusion of high-quality components were key factors behind First Step Homes’ decision to include Kingspan Off-Site’s Optima system at a development in Cornwall

Optima, a closed panel timber frame system, features internal gypsum fibreboard lining, external weatherproofing and high performance timber windows and doors, all of which are put together off-site.

This allowed First Step Homes to complete the Lamanna Rise development in Cury in five months and reduce the cost of construction.
