A national distribution network for Steico joists and other natural building products has been created by the appointment of three new supply partners for Steico Limited, UK subsidiary of Steico AG based at Feldkirchen near Munich in Germany.
The new partners are Carvers (Wolverhampton), Howarth Timber Engineering and Total Floors, each of which can now offer housebuilders the full Steico joist range. These new appointments join the existing Steico supply partners which include: Thornbridge Sawmills, Flight Timber Products, Panel Agency, Target Timber Systems and New World Timber Frame.
This national network of Steico supply partners can also provide customers with design, cutting and prompt delivery of plot specific packages together with all necessary accessories and complementary products.
Steico’s design and technical advisory service, now located at Rochester, provides full design software, training and technical support services.
In addition, a range of high quality glulam rectangular sections is available, alongside Steico joists at Puhoswood, Rochester. These can be mixed with decking products such as Weather Dek, Dek Shield, Spruce Dek and Weather Ply
